After two very successful workshops this year, we are delighted to invite you to the next TRADEIT workshop in our series of workshops for small food producers.

The workshop, on Supply Chain and Distribution Networks, will provide you with information and practical advice on strategies and channels for getting your products to customers. The topics covered in the workshop will to allow you to explore different approaches to distribution to help you decide which approaches best fit your product and business model. To inform this decision making process, there will be sessions with speakers who have expertise and front line experience in supermarkets and farmers markets.

Joe O’Callaghan B.E., M.B.A., will facilitate the workshop. Joe has been working as an industry consultant for more than eight years. He has delivered on a wide range of educational and consulting engagements in the agriculture, food and food ingredients sectors (as well as many other sectors) focused on driving improvements in business operations and in company supply chains. He has worked with larger food companies as well as a range of smaller food companies and has helped them all improve their ability to compete.
