Sustainability for Food Enterprises: How to reduce costs and meet requirements

TRADEIT in collaboration with Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), is hosting an event at Anuga FoodTec in Cologne, at which state of the art in sustainability (best practice and technologies) will be presented. 

The European Commission will fund the travel costs of a number of qualifying Irish SMEs in the Dairy, Meat and Bakery Sectors. 


Small businesses frequently meet challenges in meeting the required environmental performances and in optimising production costs. This event designed to meet the needs of traditional and artisan food producers in the Dairy, Meat and Bakery sectors will bring together leaders in Sustainability to share the latest thinking, technologies and best practices for creating a sustainable cost effective food business.

Participants will be give with access to innovations and technologies in water, waste and energy management, transport and logistics, raw material sourcing, process optimization and sustainability certification will be presented. 

Brokerage sessions will facilitate one to one and group meetings with potential partners from companies and research centres from across Europe. 

For small investment of time we can help you to find the technologies and partners you need to make your Business more sustainable.
