Bakery Stolzenberger (Bönningheim, SW Germany) is looking for partners in two areas:
1. Bakery Technology: of particular interest are tools and processes to supplement existing (traditional baking) equipment to improve pretzel production.
2. Process Optimisation and New Product Development: the master bakers at Bakery Stolzenberger are experienced in the optimisation and transformation of processes in bakeries across Europe. They are open to sharing best practice examples with other craft bakeries. They can assist them by recommending and supporting the intergration of new tools and/or machines.
